What is a Crystal Light Therapy Session? 

Crystal Light Therapy sessions uses color, light and crystal properties focused on your body and major energy centers through seven very pure quartz crystals.  The alternating lights that run through the crystals cleanse, balance, and energize  you as you lay peacefully beneath the crystals.

As the subtle energies of your physical and energy body are brought into balance, your

How do you prepare for your Crystal Light Therapy Session? 

For the most optimal results,  wearing white or light colored clothing is preferred (no black, navy or brown).   It is encouraged to take time before your session for quiet reflection, meditation or prayer. It is also helpful, though not essential, to set specific intentions or prayer for your  session. 

What you may experience during and after a session

People feel various sensations during and after a session. Sessions often evoke feelings of peace and serenity, as well as very deep relaxation or feeling energized. You may fall asleep during a session, experience insights and release of specific personal issues and memories. You may feel sensations of physical healing taking place within you as well as an increase in energy vibration within. You may also feel yourself in an altered state following a session, experiencing a feeling of deeper connection to higher aspects of yourself and spirit.  The effects and experiences during a session are unique and individual to you and will vary session to session.

Recommendations of self-care following a session 

It is advisable to rest when needed, and limit heavy physical activity for the 3-5 days following your session if possible, in order to fully absorb the experience and allow your body to adjust. It is best to drink several glasses of water during the 24 hours following your session to help rid your body of any toxins which may be released during your session. It can be helpful to write down your experiences to help integrate the experience into your life.
